He advises clients during tax inspections and audits conducted by the Italian Financial Police (Guardia di Finanza) and the tax authorities, providing assistance throughout the audit process. He also supports clients during the pre-litigation phase, advising on the applicability of alternative tax dispute resolution mechanisms, and represents them in tax litigation before the Italian Tax Courts.
He certifies, on behalf of Third Sector Organizations and NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations), the compliance of international development cooperation projects funded by national and international institutions across various countries.
He serves as a statutory auditor and independent statutory auditor for corporations and Third Sector organizations.
He is also an expert in professional practice management and quality management systems.
