Privacy of this Site. STUDIO ALCOR COMMERCIALISTI SpA Società tra Professionisti considers user privacy very important and is committed to respecting it in accordance with applicable regulations (European Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
This document provides information on the processing of personal data collected by STUDIO ALCOR COMMERCIALISTI SpA Società tra Professionisti through this website (hereinafter “Site”) and therefore constitutes information for those who access it, pursuant to the aforementioned regulations. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the Site www.studioalcor.it collects and how it uses it.
Warning. This privacy policy may be subject to changes over time, without any prior notice, also due to additions and legislative and regulatory amendments on the matter or for institutional decisions. Therefore, Users are invited to periodically consult this section of the Site.
Information obligations. The Regulation provides for a series of obligations on data controllers who process personal data relating to other subjects (data subjects).
This privacy policy is provided solely and exclusively for the Site www.studioalcor.it and not for all other websites that may be consulted by the user through hyperlinks.

Data processing. Processing means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction.
Data subject. Data subject means the identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data the controller processes (User).
Type of data. During processing, the controller may become aware of personal data provided in any case voluntarily by Users when they interact with the Site’s functionalities or request to use the services offered on the Site.
Purpose of processing. The processing of personal data carried out by the controller pursues purposes strictly related and instrumental to providing responses to requests for services or contractual/pre-contractual relationships initiated by Users through the Site.
Lawfulness of processing. The processing of personal data is lawful if the processing is necessary for the performance of a service or contract to which the User is a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at the User’s request;
Methods of processing. Processing will be carried out using computerized/automated systems designed to store, manage and transmit the data, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access to the data.
Communication and dissemination of data. The data will be processed by personnel appointed by the controller and will not be communicated to third parties except to supervisory and control authorities or in cases required by law for anti-money laundering purposes or regulations requiring reports/notifications to public authorities.
There is no provision for disseminating data to unspecified subjects.
Data retention. The retention period for the User’s personal data is limited to the duration necessary to fulfill the request or contact received through the Site and in any case strictly related to the specific purpose of the processing.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Additional information and User rights. For the purposes of correct and transparent processing, the User is informed that:
– may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them;
– may request from the data controller access to personal data and the updating, rectification, integration or deletion thereof or the limitation of processing concerning them or to object to their processing, including for the purpose of sending institutional material from the controller, subject to the controller’s legitimate interest in processing;
– has the right to portability of their personal data where this is possible with reference to the purposes of processing;
– where the processing of personal data is based on the User’s consent, may withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal;
– may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
– the provision of personal data by the User is in any case voluntary. The provision of said data is entirely optional and strictly related to the purposes indicated above. In case of refusal to provide the data or to consent to their processing or communication, it will be impossible to provide the information or services requested or to perform the contract;
– personal data will not be subject to profiling.
AI compliance
Studio Alcor Commercialisti informs clients that, within the scope of consulting and assistance activities, it may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to optimize the efficiency and quality of services offered, in full compliance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act), GDPR, Law No. 132/2025 and the professional code of ethics.
Purpose and scope of use: AI systems are used as support tools for regulatory research, document analysis, draft generation, quality control and administrative activities. AI never replaces professional judgment and every output is subject to review and validation by the responsible professional.
Guarantees and principles: Studio Alcor Commercialisti ensures constant human supervision, protection of professional secrecy, data security and compliance with privacy regulations. No decisions are made based exclusively on automated processes that produce significant legal effects on clients without human supervision.
Data processing: Personal data processed through AI systems are protected by adequate security measures. AI service providers are selected according to strict criteria and do not use client data for model training without explicit consent.
Client rights: The client may request specific information on the use of AI in their case, object to its use for purposes not strictly necessary and request manual alternatives.
Studio Alcor Commercialisti maintains full responsibility for all acts performed in the exercise of its activities, regardless of the technological tools used.
